Mandoub Venda — internal field-sales platform
Mandoub Venda is an internal company tool. Access is limited to authorized workers, supervisors and administrators. Accounts are personal and must not be shared.
Workers must submit genuine field visits: real businesses, accurate phone numbers, a live photo of the storefront, and the actual GPS position at the time of the visit. Fabricated, duplicated or manipulated submissions may lead to suspension.
You must not attempt to bypass duplicate checks, rate limits or verification; access other users' data; scrape or bulk-export data without authorization; or interfere with the platform's security controls.
Operational activity — submissions, verification results, imports, exports and administrative actions — is logged for security and audit purposes. Suspicious patterns are flagged for admin review; flags are signals for review, not automatic accusations.
Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or disabled. Security-critical protections (duplicate prevention, audit logging, private photo storage) remain enforced at all times and cannot be disabled through ordinary settings.
