Mandoub Venda — internal field-sales management platform

What is this site for?

This is not a public service and not a marketing or messaging platform. It is an internal workforce-management system: only staff members with accounts created by the company administrator can sign in. It is used solely to record and review legitimate field-sales visits made by the company's own team, and to prevent duplicates and fraud.

How it works

WhatsApp-verified numbers

Every submitted phone number is checked against WhatsApp before it is accepted.

Live on-site photo

Each visit is documented with a photo taken on the spot from the worker's device.

Real GPS location

Submissions carry the actual GPS position of the visit, with accuracy limits.

Duplicate protection

Normalized phone numbers and a reference database prevent duplicate or fabricated entries.

Full audit trail

Every submission, approval, import and settings change is logged for review.

Role-based access

Workers, supervisors and administrators each see only what their role allows.

Privacy and data

Photos are stored privately and are never public. Location is captured only at the moment of a submission — there is no continuous tracking. Data is kept according to our retention policy and every action is auditable.
