Mandoub Venda — internal field-sales platform
Mandoub Venda is an internal tool for field-sales workers. When a worker submits a lead we collect only what the operation needs: the business name and phone number, a storefront photo taken through the in-app camera, the GPS position at the moment of submission (with accuracy and timestamp), the selected zone and category, and the submitting worker account.
The camera is used only to capture the business photo at submission time. Location is read once, at the moment of submission, as an operational visit signal. We do not track workers continuously or in the background.
Submitted phone numbers are checked against a compliant third-party verification provider to confirm whether the number is registered on WhatsApp. A positive result means only that the number exists on WhatsApp — it is not marketing consent and is never treated as such.
Lead photos are stored in private storage. They are never publicly accessible; only authorized staff can view them through short-lived authenticated links. We do not use facial recognition.
Business reference data comes from a properly licensed commercial data provider and is used solely for duplicate prevention. Field workers cannot browse it.
Records are archived rather than permanently deleted wherever possible, in line with our Data Retention Policy. Administrative actions are recorded in a secure audit log. For access or correction requests, contact your system administrator.
