Mandoub Venda — internal field-sales platform
Leads, reference records, zones and categories are archived (soft-deleted) by default rather than permanently removed. Archived records no longer appear in day-to-day views but remain available for authorized administrative review and audit.
The retention period for leads is configurable by administrators through the platform settings. A value of zero means records are kept indefinitely. Retention settings never override legal or security obligations.
Audit logs are security records. They are retained for the life of the system and cannot be deleted by ordinary administrators.
Lead photos live in private storage for as long as the associated lead is retained. Permanent deletion of any record requires elevated permission and is itself recorded in the audit log.
We collect only the data required for field-sales operations and never retain continuous location history, because we never collect it in the first place.
